On 20th February the Right Group's Executive Director, Anthony Joy, and Research Project Leader, Dr Alexandra Wells, spoke at the Australian Oil and Gas Conference on Understanding Engagement and Commitment Levels in FIFO workforces. This presentation was based upon the research that has been undertaken across in excess of 1300 FIFO employees over the past 3 years and it was the first time this information was presented publicly.
